Free Gift With Purchase Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions apply for any giveaway or free gift with purchase campaign.
The gift with purchase ‘offer’ is from TelcoHQ Pty Ltd (ABN. 83 623 781 144) whose registered office is at – 13/30 Denison St, Bondi Junction 2022, NSW Australia.
The offer is open to companies of Australia with an ABN except for employees of TelcOHQ and it’s close affiliates, employee family/relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
By participating in this offer, a customer is indicating his/her agreement and is bound by these terms and conditions.
TelcoHQ reserves the right to refuse this offer to any customer on a case by case basis.
TelcoHQ reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Any changes to the offer will be notified to participants as soon as possible by TelcoHQ.
TelcoHQ is not responsible for inaccurate offer details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this offer.

This offer is for a free gift with any New Phone System purchase via TelcoHQ with the below qualifying criteria:
This offer is available for any buyers of any new phone system that the customer inquired in the same month they signed the agreement and either opt for:
- A Smart Cloud PBX.
- Or an On-Premise iPECS Phone System.
- IE. If you enquire in October you must sign up for your phone system in October.
Whether the customer opts for a new TelcoHQ Smart Cloud PBX or On-Premise iPECS System that fits the above criteria it must be 4 handsets or above to qualify for this offer.
If the customer does not want a free gift, you can choose to opt for a $200 tech fund credit to pay for technicians labour costs, not hardware or other expenses. This credit is valid for 1 year.
When is the offered bonus delivered?
For CloudPBX systems, the the offered bonus will be sent/activated when system is installed, providing outstanding bills have been paid.
For On-Premise iPECS systems, the offered bonus will be sent/activated when system is installed, providing outstanding bills have been paid.
Late/none payment of bill will make the offer null & void, and no bonus will be sent/activated.
No responsibility can be accepted for enquiries not received for whatever reason.
TelcoHQ decision in respect of all matters to do with the offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry into this offer by a participant will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
